These Terms of Use as a legal contract outline the terms and conditions between Pro Tennis Fam d.o.o., a legal entity organized under the laws of Croatia, with its registered seat in Croatia, Zagreb, Stubička ulica 32, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb under reg. no. 081464201, Croatian PIN (OIB): 58445719035 (“PTF”) and you (“you”, “your”) and govern your use of the PTF Platform and Services that PTF may make available to you through any area of PTF Platform. These Terms and any other applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale (as further described below) also govern the purchase, receipt, transfer, trade, exchange and display of non-fungible tokens (“Tokens”) and the Art linked to such Tokens on the PTF Platform.

By using the PTF Platform, purchasing Tokens, using or otherwise accessing the Website, creating or registering an Account, downloading content or other information, you agree that you are the age of lawful capacity to form binding legal contracts in your jurisdiction of residence; provided that, in no event, will you be permitted to use the PTF Platform if you are under the age of 18. If you are using the PTF Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, then “you” includes you and that company or entity, and you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms, and you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.
